- Seven years as a teacher, media specialist and counselor, and twenty-five years in marketing and communications/training in the computer industry.
- Since 2001, President, CFO and Co-Founder of Convergent Solution Inc., a Colorado-based consulting and training firm focused on discovering and delivering the most rigorous and relevant, emerging immersive technologies designed to radically advance student learning, student motivation, and to empower success for all students. The firm has partnered with higher education thought leaders to develop curriculum to enhance K-20 teachers’ readiness and resiliency for effective Digital Age technology integration into meaningful classroom instruction.

- Formed Convergent Solution in 2001, as an education professional development and technology integration consulting company
- Dave Lucas brings insights gained from a thirty nine year career with a leading national energy and utility services corporation prior to forming Convergent Solution. His utility industry career was as a Major Claims Investigator with expertise in natural gas and electric distribution systems and extensive experience in litigation. A related responsibility during his career was the training of Emergency Response Agencies and their responders in managing natural gas and electric emergencies. As the CEO and CTO of Convergent Solution he provides training, technical assistance, product integration consultation and assistance with the specifications of related peripherals for our clients. Dave is a veteran, having served on active duty during the Viet Nam war with the Air Force.
